Runner’s World Magazine– a great resource that provides information on different shoe models, workout and training tips to help keep you moving, as well as upcoming races, motivation, and plenty of top-quality gear.

American Podiatric Medical Association– Providing in depth and trusted knowledge about feet, current podiatry news and other topics surrounding podiatry. This is also a great resource for finding professionals near you!

Northwest Podiatric Laboratory– makers of graphite custom foot orthotics, with superior biomechanical function and unparalleled quality. This is also a great resource for locating professionals who prescribe their products!

The Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk– Dr.Saam is lucky to oversee all of the foot care at the aid station for the event in Seattle every year. This is a great event that spans 60 miles over the course of 3 days to raise money to end breast cancer. Sign up and participate in the Seattle walk!

Shoes N Feet – A great local store for shoes, foot products, socks, and custom modifications. Don’t compromise style for comfort. Shoes N Feet is a unique combination of retail, education and service. All of their staff participates in a rigorous training program to become experts in shoe fit and foot health. Super Jock ‘n Jill–  An iconic running shoe store, with the original location established in Seattle near Greenlake over 40 years ago.  Come check out their new Redmond location, and look for me at the rotating Wednesday “medical night”!
